Design: The Mourning Rose, (Kurdish: ڕۆزی خەمناک) or Reverse Tulip is the national flower of Kurdistan and is the most beautiful representation of the Kurdish spirit. The Mourning Rose is referred to as the Freedom Flower and grows only in the rocky mountainous regions of Kurdistan; growing despite impossible odds and possesses a unique beauty that isn't found anywhere else in the world.
