Q - What is your Return Policy?

A - In order for us to maintain a small eco footprint, we make all of our products to order. This allows us to maintain our ecological principles, keep our pricing competitive (with included free shipping) and most importantly the quality of our brand. That means we cannot accept order cancellations or refunds after your item has been made and is ready to ship. 

We are always more than happy to replace or refund you for any purchase that is flawed, less than perfect, or incorrect within 14 days of you receiving your purchase.

Q - How much is shipping?

A - Our Shipping is Free for Europe, and North America. Our goal is to keep the experience of shopping with us as therapeutic as possible. We do that by removing any surprises.


Q - What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?

A - In most cases you only have to pay the taxes for your local area. 

 

Q - When will I receive my order?

A -Your piece is custom crafted for you and is delivered to your door within 5-10 Business days of placing your order.

We have sourced all over the world to make every Retail Therapy Clinic product of the best raw materials, and in most cases, from sustainable products. 

With workshops in Europe as well North America, your order will be routed to your nearest workshop, however some products are only available in Europe and can take a little longer to get to North America.

A - Don't Worry, We'll Make It Right!
